The NTAG213 / 215 / 216 NFC Card is a standard CR80-format contactless smart card designed for smartphone interaction, digital business cards, membership programs, loyalty applications, event identification, URL sharing, and other short-range NFC projects. Its 85.6 × 54mm laminated PVC construction provides a familiar card format that can be carried in a wallet, badge holder, or card sleeve and customized with full-surface printing.
Operating at 13.56MHz and supporting NFC Forum Type 2 Tag / ISO/IEC 14443 Type A communication, the card can be configured with NXP NTAG213, NTAG215, or NTAG216 according to the required memory capacity. Typical user memory is approximately 144 bytes for NTAG213, 504 bytes for NTAG215, and 888 bytes for NTAG216, allowing different chip options for URLs, contact information, text records, identification data, and other NFC content.
Typical smartphone reading distance is approximately 1 to 4cm, depending on the phone model, NFC antenna position, card orientation, and surrounding environment. Custom services include CMYK offset printing, metallic silk-screen printing, laser-engraved UID or serial numbers, QR or barcode printing, matte or frosted finishes, signature panels, and hole punching. For applications requiring secure access-control credentials, the reader system and security requirements should be confirmed before selecting the chip.
