The Industrial UHF RFID Label Printer & Encoder is a desktop RFID printing and encoding system designed for apparel tagging, asset identification, logistics labeling, warehouse operations, and other applications that require printed information and UHF RFID data to be created in the same workflow. It supports both Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer printing, with 300 DPI resolution and a maximum print speed of 6 IPS (152.4 mm/s). The printer supports a maximum print width of 105.6 mm (4.15″) and works with roll-fed, die-cut, continuous, fan-fold, ticket, and other compatible label media.
An integrated UHF RFID reader/encoder supports RFID labels compliant with EPC Gen 2 / ISO 18000-6C. Controlled short-range encoding helps reduce unintended reading or writing of adjacent tags during label production. Supported interfaces include RS-232, USB, and LAN (Ethernet), while built-in 1D and 2D barcode support allows RFID and conventional barcode information to be handled within the same labeling workflow. Multi-platform SDK support is available for .NET, Android, C++, Java, Python, and Web development, together with command set documentation for secondary development and system integration. Compatible media include standard UHF RFID labels and selected flexible on-metal labels, subject to label dimensions, inlay position, and RFID calibration.
