Product Description

The 75x45mm UHF RFID Pallet Tag is a durable long-range RFID tag designed for pallet identification, reusable transport assets, warehouse inventory, logistics tracking, and other supply-chain applications requiring reliable identification at meter-level distances. Its rugged 75 × 45mm construction and high-tack industrial adhesive make it suitable for repeated handling in warehouses, distribution centers, and outdoor logistics environments.

Operating in the 860-960MHz UHF band under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO/IEC 18000-6C, the tag can be configured with the NXP UCODE 9 RFID IC or other supported chip options according to project requirements. The standard UCODE 9 configuration provides 96-bit EPC memory and 96-bit TID for serialized pallet and asset identification in compatible handheld, fixed-reader, portal, and forklift RFID systems.

Typical read distance can reach approximately 1 to 12 meters under suitable conditions, depending on reader output power, antenna gain and polarization, tag orientation, pallet material, mounting position, and the surrounding environment. For installation directly on metal surfaces, an optional anti-metal backing configuration should be selected and tested on the actual asset before deployment. Custom services include barcode or QR-code printing, logo customization, pre-encoding, data locking, and optional anti-metal configurations.
