The 45x45mm UHF RFID Pallet Tag is a durable passive RFID tag designed for pallet identification, warehouse inventory, reusable transport assets, logistics tracking, and other applications requiring reliable UHF RFID identification of repeatedly handled assets. Its compact 45x45mm format and durable PET or ABS construction allow convenient installation on pallets, containers, bins, racks, and other warehouse or logistics equipment.
Operating in the 860-960MHz UHF band under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO/IEC 18000-6C, the tag can be configured with an Impinj Monza R6-P RFID chip or other compatible chip options according to project requirements. It is intended for compatible UHF RFID systems used for pallet identification, warehouse inventory, reusable asset management, shipment preparation, and other automated logistics workflows.
Actual read performance depends on the selected chip, reader output power, antenna gain and polarization, tag orientation, pallet or asset material, mounting position, and the surrounding environment. Read distances of approximately 1 to 8 meters may be achievable under suitable conditions. For installation on metal surfaces, an optional anti-metal layer should be selected and performance should be verified on the actual asset before deployment. Custom services include logo printing, QR code or barcode printing, pre-encoding, and optional anti-metal configurations.
