The 70x15mm UHF RFID Textile Laundry Tag is a flexible washable RFID tag designed for hotel linen, hospital textiles, workwear, uniforms, rental garments, and other reusable textile assets that require identification throughout commercial laundry and distribution cycles. Its slim 70 × 15mm format allows the tag to be integrated into hems, seams, labels, or other suitable textile positions with minimal impact on normal garment handling.
Operating in the 860-960MHz UHF band under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO/IEC 18000-6C, the tag can be configured with the NXP UCODE 8 RFID IC or other supported chip options. The standard UCODE 8 configuration provides 128-bit EPC memory and 96-bit factory-locked TID for serialized textile identification and bulk reading with compatible UHF RFID systems.
Typical read distance is approximately 1 to 5 meters under suitable conditions, depending on reader output power, antenna configuration, tag orientation, textile stacking density, moisture level, and the surrounding environment. The flexible textile construction is designed for repeated laundry use and can be sewn into garments or linens, with an optional heat-seal adhesive backing available for suitable applications. Custom services include EPC or serial-number printing, custom logo printing, pre-encoding, and heat-seal backing options.
