The 350mm Industrial UHF RFID Cable Tie Tag is a reusable RFID fastening tag designed for asset identification, warehouse inventory, logistics tracking, equipment management, and other industrial applications where a conventional adhesive RFID label is not suitable. Its integrated 350mm cable-tie structure allows the tag to be mechanically fastened to containers, cages, equipment, pipes, reusable transport assets, and other items with suitable attachment points.
Operating in the 860-960MHz UHF band under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO/IEC 18000-6C, the tag can be configured with either an NXP UCODE 8 or NXP UCODE 9 RFID chip according to project requirements. It is intended for compatible UHF RFID systems requiring serialized asset identification, warehouse management, logistics tracking, equipment inspection, and other automated identification workflows.
Actual read performance depends on the selected chip, reader output power, antenna gain and polarization, tag orientation, fastening position, surrounding materials, and the operating environment. Read distances of approximately 1 to 9 meters may be achievable under suitable conditions. Because cable-tie RFID tags can be installed around many different asset shapes and materials, the RFID section should be positioned carefully and tested on the intended object before deployment. Custom services include laser printing of logos, serial numbers or barcodes, chip configuration and pre-encoding, custom tie lengths, and housing color options.
