Product Description

The TK4100 125kHz LF RFID Key Fob is a compact contactless identification token designed for access control, staff identification, membership systems, attendance management, and other short-range low-frequency RFID applications. Its rugged ABS housing and ultrasonic-welded construction provide a durable everyday format for use with key rings and personal access credentials.

Operating at 125kHz LF, the key fob uses a TK4100 read-only RFID chip compatible with EM4100/EM4200-type applications according to the selected reader system. It provides a factory-programmed 64-bit unique ID for identification and does not provide rewritable user memory, making it suitable for systems where the reader or backend database associates a fixed card ID with a user, door permission, attendance record, or other credential.

Typical reading distance is approximately 1 to 5cm, depending on the reader antenna, reader output, tag orientation, and surrounding environment. The IP67 ABS housing is suitable for everyday access-control use and can be customized with laser-engraved ID numbers, inkjet printing, silk-screen logos, multiple housing colors, and optional key rings.
