The 44x44mm UHF RFID Inlay is a compact square-format passive RFID inlay designed for converting into smart labels, asset identification tags, inventory labels, packaging labels, and other UHF RFID applications. Its 44x44mm antenna format provides a practical balance between compact size and read performance for projects requiring a relatively small square RFID inlay.
Operating in the 860-960MHz UHF band under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO/IEC 18000-6C, the inlay uses an NXP UCODE 8 RFID chip with 128-bit EPC memory and 96-bit TID memory. The clear PET substrate and etched aluminum antenna are suitable for subsequent label converting, lamination, printing, adhesive integration, and roll-to-roll processing according to the final application requirements.
Actual read performance depends on reader output power, antenna polarization, tag orientation, mounting material, surrounding objects, and the final converted-label structure. Read distances of approximately 1 to 6 meters may be achievable under suitable conditions. The bare inlay itself is not waterproof; environmental protection depends on the face material, adhesive, lamination, housing, or other final packaging selected for the finished RFID label. Custom services include antenna customization, alternative chip configurations, and roll-size or converting adjustments.
