The 100x30mm UHF RFID Logistics Sticker is a printable adhesive RFID label designed for carton identification, parcel tracking, warehouse inventory, distribution operations, and other logistics applications requiring fast non-contact identification. Its 100 × 30mm format provides sufficient surface area for printed barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, and other visible logistics information while supporting automated RFID data capture.
Operating in the 860-960MHz UHF band under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO/IEC 18000-6C, the label can be configured with the NXP UCODE 8 RFID IC or other supported chip options. The standard UCODE 8 configuration provides 128-bit EPC memory and 96-bit TID for serialized carton, parcel, and asset identification with compatible handheld, fixed, portal, and conveyor-based UHF RFID reader systems.
Typical read distance is approximately 1 to 10 meters under suitable conditions, depending on reader power, antenna configuration, label orientation, packaging material, mounting position, and the surrounding environment. Coated-paper and waterproof PET face-material options are available with permanent adhesive backing. The standard label is intended for non-metallic surfaces; applications involving direct installation on metal should use a dedicated on-metal RFID tag. Custom services include roll or fan-fold supply, logo printing, barcode or QR-code printing, EPC pre-encoding, and data locking.
