The 70x25mm IP68 UHF RFID Asset Tag is a compact rugged RFID transponder designed for industrial asset identification, warehouse inventory, equipment tracking, outdoor asset management, and other applications requiring a durable reusable RFID tag. Its 70x25mm injection-molded PC housing provides strong physical protection against impact, moisture, dust, and repeated handling in demanding industrial environments.
Operating in the 860-960MHz UHF band under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO/IEC 18000-6C, the tag can be configured with either an NXP UCODE 9 or Impinj Monza M781 RFID chip according to project requirements. These chip options support compatible UHF RFID systems for serialized asset identification, warehouse management, equipment tracking, outdoor inventory, and other automated identification workflows.
Actual read performance depends on the selected chip, reader output power, antenna gain and polarization, tag orientation, mounting surface, installation position, and the surrounding environment. Read distances of approximately 1 to 3 meters may be achievable under suitable conditions. The IP68 housing is intended for applications exposed to water and dust, but RFID performance should still be verified on the actual asset and mounting surface before deployment. Custom services include logo printing, laser engraving, barcode marking, and project-specific identification options.
