The 70x30mm Wide-Temperature UHF RFID Asset Tag is a rugged industrial RFID transponder designed for asset identification, warehouse inventory, equipment tracking, and other applications exposed to changing environmental temperatures. Its 70x30mm PC housing and ultrasonic-welded construction provide a durable enclosure for repeated use on industrial equipment, containers, warehouse assets, and outdoor or semi-outdoor installations.
Operating in the 860-960MHz UHF band under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO/IEC 18000-6C, the tag uses an NXP UCODE 8 RFID chip with 128-bit EPC memory and 96-bit TID memory. The product is intended for compatible UHF RFID systems requiring serialized asset identification, inventory tracking, equipment management, and other automated identification workflows.
The tag is designed for use across a temperature range of approximately -20°C to 100°C. Actual read performance depends on reader output power, antenna configuration, tag orientation, mounting surface, and the surrounding environment. Read distances of approximately 1 to 4 meters may be achievable under suitable conditions. Custom services include material optimization, laser-printed logos or serial numbers, and optional 3M adhesive backing.
