The NTAG213 / 215 / 216 NFC Sticker is a customizable 13.56MHz contactless label designed for smartphone interaction, smart packaging, product information, digital content access, membership applications, marketing campaigns, and other short-range NFC projects. It can be supplied in round, square, or custom label sizes with coated paper or waterproof PET face materials and self-adhesive backing.
Operating at 13.56MHz and supporting NFC Forum Type 2 Tag / ISO/IEC 14443 Type A communication, the label can be configured with NXP NTAG213, NTAG215, or NTAG216 depending on the required memory capacity. Typical user memory is approximately 144 bytes for NTAG213, 504 bytes for NTAG215, and 888 bytes for NTAG216, allowing the appropriate chip to be selected according to the amount of URL, text, identification, or application data required.
Typical smartphone reading distance is approximately 1 to 3cm, depending on the phone model, NFC antenna position, label size, tag orientation, mounting material, and surrounding environment. Standard labels should not be applied directly to metal unless an anti-metal version is selected. Custom services include full-color CMYK printing, custom shapes and sizes, URL or NFC data pre-encoding, UID or serial-number printing, and optional anti-metal constructions for metallic surfaces.
