2. Our Services
Fongwah provides comprehensive RFID manufacturing solutions including:
- OEM/ODM RFID product manufacturing with 20+ years experience
- Custom design and development services
- Mass production capabilities across 6 professional production lines
- Quality assurance and international certification compliance
All products meet international standards including CE, FCC, RoHS, RED, TELEC, ISO/IEC 18000 series, EPCglobal, NFC Forum, ISO/IEC 15693, and ISO/IEC 14443.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Fongwah. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3.2 Minimum Orders: We primarily serve customers with annual purchasing volumes exceeding $2 million USD.
3.3 Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and may vary based on order quantity, specifications, and market conditions.
3.4 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in individual purchase agreements and may include deposits for custom orders.
3.5 Modifications: Order modifications must be approved in writing and may affect pricing and delivery schedules.
4. Quality Assurance & Delivery
4.1 Quality Standards: All products undergo comprehensive testing and aging processes before shipment to ensure performance stability.
4.2 Materials: We use premium materials including ABS plastics, PCB boards, PP plastics, and ceramic antennas with spray coating and baking paint surface treatments.
4.3 Delivery: Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary based on production capacity and order complexity.
4.4 Inspection: Customers have 30 days from delivery to inspect products and report any defects or non-conformities.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Customer IP: Customers retain ownership of their intellectual property, designs, and specifications provided to Fongwah.
5.2 Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer designs, specifications, and business information.
5.3 Fongwah IP: Our manufacturing processes, techniques, and proprietary technologies remain our intellectual property.
5.4 Third-Party Rights: Customers warrant that their products do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Warranties and Limitations
6.1 Product Warranty: Products are warranted to meet agreed specifications and be free from manufacturing defects for a period specified in individual agreements.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Fongwah's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
6.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination Rights: Either party may terminate agreements with written notice as specified in individual contracts.
7.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and confidential information must be returned or destroyed.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as specified in individual agreements.
8.3 Jurisdiction: Courts in the location of Fongwah's principal place of business have jurisdiction over disputes.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
